Clinical Approach

Within a compassionate and a non-judgmental atmosphere, I help to heal the underlying wounds or stru ggles that keep getting in the way of living life to the fullest. I provide practical tools, support, and feedback to help persons effectively address personal life challenges. In this safe and caring environment, I facilitate the healing process to help "move-on" in one's life. I integrate complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each person. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness practices. Attachment Theory and Emotionally-Focused treatment shape the relationship counseling. And, various inner healing methods can be used, as appropriate.
